Terms of Service & Engagement Standards

1. Scope of Digital Services
RD Digital Studio provides bespoke design and full-stack software development services, including high-end brand websites, web applications, mobile apps, e-commerce storefronts, and cloud architecture stewardship. All projects are executed pursuant to written scoping proposals and milestone schedules.
2. Proposals & Milestone Agreements
Website scope estimates and form submissions establish preliminary architectural parameters. Formal engagements commence only upon mutual execution of a project statement of work (SOW) defining clear milestone deliverables, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
3. Intellectual Property Transfer
Upon complete settlement of agreed project milestone invoices, 100% of all custom source code, design files, graphics, and proprietary digital assets created for the client are irrevocably transferred to the client. The Studio retains the right to display non-confidential screenshots in its portfolio unless a strict white-label NDA is agreed upon.
4. Client Responsibilities & Materials
Clients agree to supply required branding assets, copy, API credentials, and timely milestone feedback necessary to sustain agreed delivery velocities. The client warrants that all provided materials do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property.
5. Quality Assurance & Warranty Period
All delivered code is covered by a standard 30-day post-launch warranty period. The Studio promptly resolves any functional defects or deviations from agreed scope during this window at zero additional cost.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rich David Digital Studio be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, upstream API changes, or unauthorized third-party modifications to delivered codebases.
